Mike Payment and Grady Harris both started in the Heating and Air Conditioning Industry over 30 years ago working for companies like Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Colonial Webb, Johns Brothers and others before deciding to combine their knowledge and experience to form Air Concepts, Inc.  Mike started his career in the US Navy while Grady with his father in the HVAC industry.  Our unique quality, knowledge and experience allow us to offer solutions others can't.  Our company continues to grow each years from the value we bring to our customers and we want you to experience that for yourself, so give us a call today.  Mike has had meetings with US Senators in Washington DC and at the State level on topics and laws concerning the heating and air conditioning industry to insure that home owners and business concerns were being heard.  Mike has designed installed many geothermal heat pump and custom systems some of which are in the historical homes you see in Williamsburg and the system for singer Bruce Hornsby who lives in Williamsburg.  Grady's career started with working on the heating and air conditioning systems in most of the buildings you currently see in downtown Norfolk.  He has also installed systems at Norfolk General and the Portsmouth Hospital.  Our combined years of diversified HVAC experience mean more benefits to our customers.
